After over 35 years in construction as a Contractor, Project Engineer, and Project Manager, Robert became a Nationally Certified Home Inspector with a Florida State License. He has lived in Jacksonville for 38 years and was raised by his grandmother whom taught him strong core values such as integrity, pride, and honesty. Genuine and transparent.

History
Robert’s grandfather on his father’s side owned a successful limousine service and a small airline in Jacksonville, Florida, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit. On his mother’s side, the family boasted the largest automobile repair shop in Jacksonville, strategically located at the site of what is now the Florida Community College campus.
Robert's mother held a Master’s Degree in Education, while his father, a Master’s Degree holder in Aeronautical Engineering, made significant contributions as one of NASA's top engineers, working on groundbreaking projects like the Apollo missions and the Space Shuttle program. Following the passing of his parents, Robert moved in with his grandmother, a woman of strong will and unwavering ethics, who would play a pivotal role in shaping his values and guiding his future.
The Journey
Robert's journey to becoming a certified home inspector was sparked by his experiences as a contractor. While working on countless home improvement projects over many years, he witnessed firsthand the subpar construction practices and shoddy workmanship that often plagued residential properties. These encounters ignited a passion within him to ensure that homeowners were not being taken advantage of and that they were receiving the quality and safety they deserved.
